Engineering Economics, Inc. is seeking a Construction Commissioning Manager to lead commissioning, QA, and performance testing for critical facilities including data centers and healthcare environments.

You will oversee budgets, schedules, resources, and client relationships, ensuring systems meet specifications and client expectations. The role emphasizes leadership, problem solving, and collaboration with Owners, GCs, and design teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes in a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years' experience in commissioning or project management.
• Experience collaborating with general contractors, owners, and design teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commissioning process from initiation through occupancy.
• Coordinate Owners, General Contractors, Design Teams, and Trade Partners to drive project success.
• Proactively identify and address risks to schedules, quality, and operation.
• Partner with clients and contractor partners to foster collaboration and success.
• Support turnover and occupancy readiness for smooth operations.
• Lead meetings and report project status to stakeholders.
• Support business development and client engagements as needed.
