Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Building Sciences, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in commissioning, project management, building systems, controls, construction, healthcare, laboratory, mission-critical, or other high-reliability environments.
• Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety, controls, and building automation systems.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, resources, and client relationships across multiple projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to collaborate with clients, contractors, and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead commissioning projects through planning, design, construction, testing, and project closeout.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, staffing plans, and overall project performance.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, contractors, design teams, and stakeholders.
• Lead commissioning activities including startup verification, functional performance testing, and integrated systems testing.
• Review design documents and sequences of operation to ensure alignment with objectives.
