• Serve as primary contact for clients, contractors, design teams, and stakeholders.
• Oversee startup verification, functional testing, and integrated systems testing.
• Review design documents and sequences of operation for alignment with objectives.
• Identify risks, manage issues, and develop solutions to keep projects moving forward.
