Job summary

Darkroom is seeking a senior professional to lead its creator program and build Shadow’s channel from the ground up, while overseeing Darkroom’s creator roster. You will work with a small team to align with founders and operators, driving partner-driven growth in a remote, EST-aligned environment across multiple geographies.

The role emphasizes building a scalable, creator-led funnel, managing commercial terms, and leveraging AI-enabled analytics.

Qualifications

• Experience running creator, partner, or community programs with active audiences.
• Ability to converse with founders, operators, and growth teams about commerce and growth.
• Experience structuring commercial terms, fees, and co-marketing.
• Strong organizational skills to manage contracts, payments, and deliverables.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled analytics and workflow creation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the creator roster across channels.
• Source new operator-creators based on credibility and fit.
• Expand content volume and quality across Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube.
• Build and optimize a creator-led acquisition funnel.
• Report on channel performance by signups and pipeline.
• Manage commercial terms: fees, affiliates, and referral terms.
• Keep the creator CRM accurate and up to date.
