MacPherson’s Real Estate Services is hiring a Community Association Manager to fully own relationships with boards, oversee property operations, and ensure compliance with governing documents. The role combines remote work from home (80%) with on-site visits (20%) to associations in Puget Sound.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree (preferred) and 1–3 years in community/property management, strong communication, and solid organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred and 1–3 years of community association or property management experience.
• Must own a reliable vehicle and cell phone to work from home and on-site.
• Ability to write and speak professionally and clearly.

Responsibilities

• Utilize community management tools and processes (annual calendar, budgets, reports).
• Track and manage service requests and work orders.
• Review financial reports and report variances to the Board.
