Climate First Bank is seeking a seasoned Business Development Officer to originate and structure financing opportunities in the Structured Finance division. You’ll drive client relationships, assess needs, and partner with underwriting to close deals, while expanding our green finance footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in factoring, ABL, or commercial finance.
• Remote role within the United States; EST hours; strong client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with prospective clients.
• Develop and execute a strategy to meet annual new business funding targets.
• Leverage networks and marketing to build a consistent high-quality pipeline.
• Conduct needs assessments and present tailored financing solutions.
• Build relationships with brokers, CPAs, attorneys, and industry associations.
• Represent Structured Finance at conferences and networking events.
