Clipboard is a remote-first company delivering an app-based marketplace connecting healthcare professionals with workplaces across the U.S. We are hiring an Applied AI Strategy & Ops Lead to own and evolve our internal tooling ecosystem for Ops.

This role blends Operations and Engineering, acting as the technical voice of Ops and partnering with leadership to implement high-impact tooling and automation across our stack.

Qualifications

• Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, and automation tooling.
• Delivery-focused and able to drive projects to completion.
• Ability to reason about systems and dependencies.
• Ownership mindset and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk.

Responsibilities

• Build workflows, integrations, and automations to improve day-to-day efficiency across Ops tooling.
• Partner with engineers to scope requirements, write technical specs, and prioritize tooling work.
• Improve systems across multiple tools, including support platforms and AI-driven solutions.
• Identify gaps or inefficiencies in current tooling and proactively address them.
• Troubleshoot issues, improve system reliability, and ensure tools perform in production.
• Contribute to ongoing improvements in how our systems connect and operate together.
