phData is seeking a senior Partnerships leader based in the United States to own the Anthropic relationship. This is not a channel-only role; you will carry the product, brand, and revenue commitments with our sales, services, and Anthropic counterparts.

You will build and deliver joint go-to-market plans, own agreements and budgets, and develop executive relationships to resolve escalations. Travel up to 50% may be required; remote-first, flexible time zones.

Qualifications

• Experience managing partner relationships and joint GTM initiatives.
• Ability to build executive-level relationships and manage escalations.

Responsabilités

• Own the Anthropic partner strategy, portfolio, and annual plan in collaboration withSales.
• Develop and deliver joint go-to-market plans with sales and services teams.
• Own partner agreements, tiers, and commitment compliance.
• Build executive relationships on both sides and resolve escalations.
• Lead and develop the Partner Ops, Development & Marketing Manager.
• Manage the channel budget and targets.
