Job summary

phData is seeking an AI Services Lead for its Client Services team, focused on Anthropic partnerships. You will land and own AI transformation programs, from initial activation to multi-year roadmaps, while guiding delivery and growth.

This remote role relies on strong client leadership, delivery rigor, and a passion for turning pilots into scalable AI programs. You will partner with sales, marketing, and delivery leaders to shape engagements, while mentoring teams and documenting repeatable

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years in hybrid delivery/sales within consulting or professional services.
• Experience owning both delivery quality and account growth on the same engagement.
• Track record scoping and delivering engagements from $50K–$1M.

Responsibilities

• Lead activation for Anthropic-focused accounts and drive them to scoped, active engagements.
• Own end-to-end delivery oversight and monitor risks.
• Build and maintain account plans and backlogs turning pilots into multi-phase programs.
• Advise senior stakeholders and shape AI/data roadmaps leveraging Anthropic and related tech.
• Partner with field teams to identify, shape, and close expansion opportunities.
• Provide strategic leadership in executive settings and roadmap discussions.
• Mentor teammates and contribute to internal playbooks and best practices.
