Eliassen Group is seeking a Technical Program Manager for the Enterprise Business Systems team. This remote, contract role focuses on complex cross-functional programs in business applications and FinTech.

The TPM will drive Agile delivery, manage stakeholders, and navigate both detailed technical topics and high-level strategy. The position requires 7+ years in software development, strong NetSuite experience, and proven program leadership across all lifecycle phases.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role, preferably FinTech or enterprise business systems.
• 7+ years of relevant software development experience, preferably in FinTech.
• Strong NetSuite experience.
• Track record of program management across all phases from kickoff through delivery.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and thought leadership across the program lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including leading Agile ceremonies and acting as Scrum Master.
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration across levels.

Responsabilités

• Serve as Scrum Master and facilitate Agile ceremonies while ensuring adherence to Agile principles and practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Develop, own, and maintain the team roadmap aligned to business objectives.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with transparent communication and collaboration.
• Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail.
• Multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively while driving continuous improvement.
• Support process, tool, and methodology improvements to enhance team performance.
