Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (Contract) to lead cross-functional programs focused on enterprise business systems and FinTech. This remote W2 role requires strong Agile leadership, stakeholder management, and NetSuite experience.

The candidate will drive Agile delivery, navigate technical topics and strategy, and ensure outcomes that meet business objectives. W2 benefits, rate $70.00–$75.00/hr.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software development or program management in FinTech/Enterprise Business Systems.
• Strong understanding of Agile, including leading ceremonies and acting as Scrum Master.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master and facilitate Agile ceremonies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Develop, own, and maintain the team roadmap aligned to business objectives.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with transparent communication and collaboration.
• Maintain organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Multitask and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively and drive continuous improvement.
• Support process, tool, and methodology improvements to enhance team performance.
