Job summary

Eltropy Inc. is seeking a proactive Tier 2 Customer Success Manager to support a portfolio of 50 mid-size customers in the South Central US region. You will ensure retention, drive growth, and maximize product adoption across a leading AI-powered communications platform for community financial institutions.

You’ll conduct regular business reviews, develop tailored success plans, and collaborate with Sales and Product teams to deliver value and referenceable customers while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer-facing experience in SaaS or FinTech.
• Strong relationship management and strategic business review skills.
• Willingness to travel quarterly for in-person meetings.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 50 mid-size customers and build trust.
• Lead regular check-ins and strategic business reviews to ensure outcomes.
• Develop tailored success plans to drive retention and expansion.
• Collaborate with Sales to identify upsell opportunities and ensure smooth handoffs.
• Own onboarding and drive product adoption through training and resources.
• Capture customer feedback and relay insights to product teams.
• Track customer health and key metrics in the CRM/CS platform.
