Auto Approve, LLC is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid search, paid social, and programmatic campaigns across multiple platforms. You will own strategy, execution, and ongoing optimization to improve CPL and ROAS in a fast-growing fintech environment.

The role involves managing six-figure monthly ad budgets, deep data analysis, and AI-driven optimization. Remote work is available, with opportunities to shape the paid media program.

Competenze

• 3+ years of hands-on paid search and paid social management.
• Experience in fintech or high-volume lead generation preferred.
• Proficiency with GA4, GTM, and dashboards.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute full funnel paid media strategies across Google, Bing, Meta, TikTok, Reddit, LinkedIn, and programmatic display.
• Build and manage structured testing programs to improve campaign performance.
• Leverage AI and automation features within ad platforms and automated bidding strategies.
• Own conversion tracking, attribution, and measurement infrastructure.
• Provide regular performance readouts to marketing leadership.
• Collaborate with creative agency to test high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.
