Formulated Automation is seeking a Head of Growth & Performance Marketing for its client, a fast-growing fintech transforming access to credit. This is a 100% remote role, with candidates required to reside in South America.

You will own customer acquisition, marketing performance across channels, and manage growth budgets while leading a hands-on growth team. You will partner with Product, Data, Risk, and Operations to align growth initiatives with business goals, drive ROI, and implement

Formación

• 5+ years in growth or performance marketing
• 3+ years leading growth marketing teams
• Proven experience managing monthly budgets ≥ $50,000
• Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, paid social and paid search
• Strong understanding of attribution, funnels, and KPI tracking
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms
• Excellent communication, leadership and project management
• Residence in South America

Responsabilidades

• Develop multi-channel growth strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue
• Own performance across paid search, paid social, display, affiliate and partnerships
• Test new acquisition opportunities to scale growth
• Build and optimize marketing funnels to improve conversions
• Lead campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more
• Establish growth KPIs, dashboards, and reporting with cross-functional alignment
• Lead and mentor the growth marketing team
• Align growth initiatives with Product, Data, Risk, and Operations
