Job summary

FINN is a fast-growing fintech offering Earned Wage Access. We seek a seasoned Growth/Performance Marketer to own paid acquisition across three markets, manage CAC targets, and scale budgets with data-driven rigor.

You will collaborate with a Creative Lead to optimize creative and bidding strategies in a fully remote setup. You’ll drive full-funnel strategies, including remarketing, measurement in imperfect data, and AI-assisted reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in performance marketing with hands-on management of multiple markets.
• Proven ability to own CAC targets and budget allocation across channels.
• Experience with automated bidding, creative testing, and attribution challenges.

Responsibilities

• Own the CAC targets across three markets and monitor monthly volume.
• Allocate and scale budgets using marginal CAC, auction pressure and frequency.
• Run full-funnel architecture including remarketing and site/app engagement.
• Own measurement in an imperfect-data world and design incrementality tests.
• Lead creative testing loops and ship rapid variant iterations with AI tools.
• Launch new channels from zero and extend to additional markets.
