Job summary

Domain Money, Inc. is seeking a hands-on performance marketer to own paid acquisition and grow our content engine. You will report to the VP of Marketing on a small, fast-moving team.

You will run campaigns in Meta Ads and Google Ads, own the funnel from click to booked consultation, and lead SEO/AEO efforts with our CFPs. This role requires 3–5 years in fintech marketing, comfort with AI tools, and a scrappy mindset to move fast and ship results.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of performance marketing experience in fintech or financial services.
• Hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Proven track record managing paid budgets against CAC and conversions.
• Experience with conversion tracking and attribution across GA4, GTM, and Mixpanel.
• Able to work in a regulated environment with compliance reviews.
• Strong communication to non-technical stakeholders.
• Interest in content and SEO/AEO and growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition campaigns from planning to optimization.
• Manage performance agency consultant and set priorities.
• Test ad creative, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
• Own the booking funnel from click to booked consultation.
• Deliver clear campaign, budget, and performance reports.
• Lead SEO/AEO strategy and editorial calendar with CFPs.
• Leverage AI tools for research, drafting, and variation testing.
• Collaborate on partnerships and affiliates when growth needs.
