Collaborate with founders and cross-functional teams to ensure reliable data, authentication, and webhooks, while driving resilient workflows and scalable architecture. Expect ownership and high-impact work in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years backend engineering experience in startups.
• Proficiency in TypeScript for backend development.
• Experience with GCP or similar cloud platforms.
• API integrations, asynchronous workflows, distributed systems.
• Proven ability to scale backend systems for growth.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain backend systems powering the trading platform.
• Own API clients, auth flows, webhooks, and data sync with providers.
• Implement resilient distributed workflows with retries and partial failures.
• Collaborate with frontend, product, and cross-functional teams.
• Improve integration monitoring, reconciliation, and reliability.
