BILL is seeking a Scaled Onboarding Specialist to guide new customers through fast onboarding for Spend & Expense and AP/AR. You’ll enable quick setup, integrations, and activate during onboarding calls, delivering a high-quality experience that builds confidence and speed to value.

In this remote-first role, you’ll collaborate with Sales, Success, Support, and other teams, maintaining clear documentation and driving scalable onboarding practices across multiple products and workflows.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer-facing onboarding or implementation experience.
• Ability to guide customers through setup and integration processes.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day onboarding conversations with new customers across AP/AR and S&E.
• Guide customers through initial setup, integrations, and startup activities.
• Help customers adopt core workflows quickly and confidently.
• Deliver clear, confident communication to ensure a positive onboarding experience.
• Identify risks and customer needs early to keep onboarding on track.
