Job summary

Octus seeks a Credit Operations Analyst to support our data team, customer success, and product development. The role begins with data entry and cleanliness, while you learn the LevPro front-end system and assist clients with navigation, configurations, and questions.

Over time, you will become a multi-tool expert, strengthening client relationships to drive revenue potential. LevPro, now part of Octus, is a modern operating system for leveraged credit asset managers.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience (Fixed Income / Leveraged Credit) preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Growth mindset, curiosity and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate asynchronously with cross-functional teams.
• Technical expertise in Excel and other data frameworks preferred, including using ChatGPT/others.

Responsibilities

• Entering data, interpreting data and analyzing results.
• Developing and using data collection systems that optimize efficiency.
• Acquiring data from primary or secondary sources and maintaining databases.
• Analyzing data to improve customer experience.
• Providing real-time customer support and feedback.
• Holding product demonstrations for new customers and developing user guides.
• Contributing to client onboarding and implementations to understand client processes and build rapport with client stakeholders.
• Developing and monitoring project metrics.
