Job summary

MVB Financial Corp. seeks a Fintech Implementations Manager to lead onboarding programs for fintech clients from kickoff to launch.

You will coordinate with Compliance, Risk, Legal, Data, and Operations to ensure timely, compliant implementations, and manage multiple client engagements in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates bring 5–7 years of implementation management in financial services, strong communication, and the ability to translate regulatory requirements into actionable tasks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5-7 years of program or project implementation management within financial services, fintech, payments, or related partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the day-to-day program owner for fintech client onboarding engagements, from kickoff through implementation, testing, and go-live.
• Build and maintain onboarding implementation plans with timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource needs.
• Lead onboarding kick-off and status meetings with clients and internal stakeholders, tracking progress and surfacing blockers.
• Coordinate with Compliance, Risk, Legal, Operations, and Technology to incorporate requirements into the implementation plan.
• Translate regulatory requirements into concrete program tasks and checkpoints for engagements, without owning regulatory interpretation.
• Apply onboarding framework consistently and share feedback for process improvements.
• Support pre-launch readiness reviews and go/no-go discussions for engagements.
• Provide regular status reporting, including risk and delay flags, and elevate issues to leadership.
• Maintain onboarding program documentation (plans, RAID logs, milestone trackers, handoff lists).
• Serve as a day-to-day contact for fintech clients during implementation and assist with timelines and requirements.
• Support audit/examination responses and coordinate remediation items.
• Contribute lessons learned to refine the process and partner experience.
• Participate in cross-functional fintech onboarding sessions and adapt to changing priorities.
