Job summary

Prelim is a remote-first startup transforming how banks onboard and serve their customers across the United States. As a Project Manager, Implementations, you will lead multiple high-stakes deployments, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely launches for banking clients.

You will build trusted relationships with executives and operations teams, translate technical requirements, and step in for hands-on configuration when needed to keep projects moving forward.

Qualifications

• Background in software implementations or professional services.
• Technical aptitude and ability to understand platform capabilities.
• Familiarity with no-code platforms or integration projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent bank implementations with overlapping timelines and risks.
• Lead client calls and build trusted relationships with stakeholders from C-suite to operations staff.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Implementation Architects, Software Engineers, Customer Success) for smooth execution.
• Translate complex technical requirements between clients and internal teams and guard against scope creep.
