Job summary

Alkami Technology, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Technical Support Specialist to configure and deploy backend settings for financial institutions, and to collaborate across Activation, Product, and Engineering. You will translate business needs into scalable configurations, resolve high-priority tickets, and mentor fellow Support Specialists.

The role is remote-first in the US with some on-site requirements for key roles; salary range is $106,000–$116,000 with strong benefits and a growth-minded culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical support or implementation experience.
• Experience with bug/incident investigation and root cause analysis.
• Experience with relational databases and SQL dialects (Postgres, BigQuery).

Responsibilities

• Configure and deploy backend settings for financial institutions using JSON and Postman.
• Collaborate with Activation Engineers to align configurations with integration requirements.
• Provide client-facing support for deep technical issues.
• Configure/update third-party integrations post-implementation.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to submit enhancement requests and bug reports.
• Translate business requirements into scalable system configurations.
• Mentor new Support Specialists and lead team trainings.
