Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking a FINRA-licensed Registered Representative to join our US-based customer service team. The role focuses on handling complex inquiries, account maintenance, and financial service transactions from a remote setting within the United States.

Ideal candidates have life insurance experience, strong regulatory knowledge, and a track record in financial services. The position supports a standard Monday–Friday schedule and requires compliance with FINRA rules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of call center customer service experience.
• Life insurance experience required.
• FINRA Series 6 or Series 7 license required at hire.
• Experience in financial services or banking environments where FINRA certification was required.

Responsibilities

• Provide service through inbound contact center and respond to complex inquiries.
• Research and resolve client requests with high service standards and compliance.
• Perform account updates, maintenance, and transaction processing with accurate records.
• Process and distribute mail for multiple clients in line with SLAs.
• Conduct data entry and document matching to maintain accurate accounts.
• Collaborate with team to resolve issues and improve customer experience.
• Support escalation management and service recovery activities.
• Assist with Voice of the Customer feedback reviews and remediation actions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.
• Support supervisors with daily operational activities and mentoring.
• Participate in QA reviews for FINRA-regulated transactions.
