Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, CS, engineering, IS, or related field.
• 3+ years in FinOps, cloud cost management, or enterprise cloud cost management.
• Hands-on AWS cost management experience including Reservations and Savings Plans.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets for cost modelling and dashboards.
• Ability to obtain FinOps certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead AWS Savings Plan purchases to improve commitment coverage while managing utilization and risk.
• Translate cloud and AI spend into financial insights to support Cisco Cloud gross margin.
• Drive cost optimization for AWS, Azure, and GCP with cross-functional teams.
• Build forecasts, dashboards, and executive reports on spending trends, savings, and risks.
• Measure success via Savings Plan coverage, cost efficiencies, and independent contribution.
