Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Business, Finance or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience as a BSA on complex initiatives.
• Gather, analyze, and document requirements; collaborate with teams.
• Experience with data management, data integration, and DB technologies.
• Preferred: experience with corporate financial systems and financial planning/analytics.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business and technology teams to support, enhance, and optimize financial systems.
• Gather and document business and technical requirements, analyze processes, and deliver solutions.
• Serve as a liaison between stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to align with standards.
• Lead financial initiatives, support solution design, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.
