Job summary

The Hanover is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to design, enhance, and support financial systems that drive business outcomes. You will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring requirements are clearly defined and aligned with strategic goals.

You will partner with business and tech teams to gather requirements, lead financial initiatives, and support design, testing, and deployment activities while driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field
• 5-8 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst supporting complex business and technology initiatives.
• Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver solutions that drive operational effectiveness.
