• Previous recruiting experience required.
• Experience recruiting within mortgage, insurance, real estate, banking, wealth management, or sales is preferred.
• Strong communication and ability to build instant rapport.
• Comfortable with high-volume candidate outreach and screening.
• Tech-savvy with ATS, sourcing platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Source, engage, and recruit talent for financial services positions.
• Conduct high-volume outbound recruiting via calls, emails, texts, and social outreach.
• Conduct virtual and phone interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain pipelines of passive and active candidates.
• Coordinate interviews, scheduling, and offer presentations.
• Assist with onboarding and offer documentation as needed.
• Maintain accurate candidate and client records in ATS/CRM.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve recruiting processes and sourcing strategies.
