• Conduct high-volume outbound recruiting efforts via calls, emails, texts, and social outreach.
• Conduct virtual and phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and culture fit.
• Build and maintain pipelines of passive and active candidates.
• Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and market conditions.
