Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant recruiting experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting professional-level positions.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience recruiting in Sales Support, Information Technology, Business Development or Business Operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake through offer acceptance and onboarding support.
• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Conduct candidate screening interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and fit.
• Coordinate candidate scheduling and interview logistics with candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain proactive communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Prepare and manage offers, negotiate terms when appropriate, and facilitate candidate closure.
