Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Source, engage, and recruit top talent for financial services sectors.
• Conduct high-volume outbound recruiting via calls, emails, text messaging, and social outreach.
• Conduct virtual and phone interviews to assess qualifications, experience, production history, and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain pipelines of passive and active candidates.
• Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and market conditions.
