Financial Services Recruiter Day-to-Day:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer acceptance
• Source, engage, and recruit top talent for positions within mortgage, insurance, real estate, banking, wealth management, and other financial services sectors
• Conduct high-volume outbound recruiting efforts, including calls, emails, text messaging, and social outreach
• Conduct virtual and phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, production history, and cultural fit
• Build and maintain robust pipelines of passive and active candidates
• Partner directly with clients to understand hiring needs, market conditions, and ideal candidate profiles
• Provide consistent communication and updates to clients throughout the recruitment process
• Coordinate interviews, manage scheduling, and facilitate offer presentations
• Assist with onboarding and offer documentation as needed
• Maintain accurate candidate and client records within our ATS and CRM systems
• Collaborate with leadership to improve recruiting processes, sourcing strategies, and overall client experience

What We Look For In a Financial Services Recruiter:

• Previous recruiting experience required
• Strong preference for experience recruiting within mortgage, insurance, real estate, banking, wealth management, sales, or other financial services sectors
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build instant rapport
• Comfortable conducting phone screens, virtual interviews, and high-volume candidate outreach
• Tech savvy with experience using ATS platforms, Sourcing platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Google Workspace
• Professional, polished, and client-focused
• Detail-oriented and highly organized. You love a clean inbox
• Capable of managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
• Ability to work efficiently in a remote environment while exceeding expectations
• Curious, coachable, and eager to continuously improve
• Exceptional problem-solving and time management skills

Bonus Points For Financial Services Recruiters with:

• 2+ years of Agency recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting Loan Officers, Real Estate Agents, Insurance Agents, Financial Advisors, Account Executives, or Sales Professionals
