Job summary

Empower Retirement is seeking candidates to join our customer contact center in Colorado. You will support participants, employers and plan specialists through bilingual service, focusing on retirement accounts and information.

You will receive paid associate training, ongoing coaching, and opportunities for career growth within a flexible, inclusive workplace. A 40-hour week and occasional Saturdays are required, with potential overtime based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher AND at least one year of customer service experience (or two+ years in customer service).
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Willingness to work outside traditional business hours; 40-hour week.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming telephone inquiries regarding retirement plans from participants, employers and third-party plan specialists.
• Provide excellent service within the call center without cold calling or sales.
• Communicate critical plan updates and changes.
• Process contribution changes, loans, and withdrawals.
• Process general account changes upon customer direction.
