Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance; CPA/CMA or MBA preferred.
• Outsourced accounting experience with 10+ years supervisory experience.
• Strong proficiency in NetSuite and other accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor accounting team for assigned clients.
• Develop strategic leadership into scalable accounting operations.
• Manage the month-end close and issuance of financial reports.
• Partner with client leadership on operational decisions and strategic questions.
• Coordinate information for external audits and tax filings.
