PartsBase Inc. seeks a senior Controller to lead accounting, tax, and audit functions in a fully remote role. You will own the close process, consolidate multi-entity financials, and drive GAAP-compliant reporting while guiding automation and ERP projects.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, CPA licensure, and deep tax/audit expertise. You will partner with executive leadership to strengthen financial controls and strategic financial planning.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Active CPA license required.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience.

Mansioni

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close with journal entries and reconciliations.
• Oversee tax provision under ASC 740 and coordinate with external tax advisors.
• Lead multi-entity accounting and consolidation across entities.
• Drive revenue recognition under ASC 606 for SaaS and related revenue streams.
• Design and maintain internal controls and policy documentation.
• Lead systems implementations for billing automation and ERP migration.
