Job summary

PartsBase Inc. seeks a senior accounting leader to act as the company's technical authority across accounting, financial reporting, tax and audit.

You will supervise the accounting team and own core deliverables, ensuring GAAP compliance and accurate close processes. You will lead ASC 740 tax provisions, ASC 606 revenue recognition, audit readiness, consolidation, and drive AI/automation initiatives to modernize finance operations across the organization.

Qualifications

• Active CPA with 10+ years progressive accounting experience.
• Deep tax and audit expertise; SaaS and ERP migration experience preferred.
• Experience leading accounting teams and monthly close processes.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly close, GAAP financials, ASC 740 tax provisions, and ASC 606 revenue.
• Lead audit readiness, consolidation, and AI/automation initiatives.
• Serve as senior technical authority in accounting, financial reporting, tax, and audit; supervise the accounting team and own core deliverables.
