Responsibilities

• Respond to Investment executive and client needs and questions.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness with market deadlines.
• Assist in the account opening process.
• Initial check of paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
• Act as liaison between investment executive, clearing firm, fund company and carrier.
• Maintain electronic client files and documentation.
• Provide high level of service and responsiveness to customers.
• Ensure client satisfaction remains a differentiator in the market.
