Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience in a related field.
• High school diploma or GED required; relevant experience considered in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Respond to Investment executive and client needs, concerns, and questions.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness with policies and market deadlines.
• Assist in the account opening process and initial paperwork checks.
• Act as liaison between investment executives, clearing firms, and carriers.
• Maintain electronic client files and provide high levels of service.
• Support continuous client satisfaction and adapt to regulatory changes.
