Job summary

Osaic is seeking a motivated Customer Service professional to join our Financial Services organization in a remote, full-time capacity. The role supports Investment Executives by validating documents, maintaining client records, and delivering top-tier service to over 11,000 Financial Professionals nationwide.

Requirements include 1-2 years of related experience, strong Microsoft Office and CRM skills, and FINRA Series 7 & 24 licenses (or equivalent).

Qualifications

1-2 years minimum of related experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, Outlook, PowerPoint.
Excellent communication & organizational skills.
Quick learner with basic technical skills to navigate various systems.
Strong customer focus orientation.
High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated and able to meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

Validate client documents for compliance, completeness, and accuracy via phone, Service Center, or document management system.
Maintain electronic client files/documentation on proprietary web-based software.
Provide high-level service and responsiveness to customers to ensure client satisfaction.
Suggest and implement new policies and procedures based on changes.
Use knowledge to determine appropriateness of client accounts and trades.
Recommend policies on approving/declining suitability of accounts and trades.
All other duties as assigned.
