Job summary

Osaic is seeking a Customer Service professional in financial services to support over 11,000 Financial Professionals nationwide. This remote, full-time role includes 70,000.00 USD per year plus an annual performance-based bonus and requires strong administrative and sales support skills.

Responsibilities include validating client documents, maintaining electronic files, and delivering top-tier service. Bachelor's preferred; FINRA licenses and relevant experience are valued assets.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years minimum of related experience.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• FINRA Series 7 & 24 licenses.
• FINRA SIE exam completed preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma with experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Validate client documents for compliance, completeness, and accuracy.
• Maintain electronic client files in the firm's systems.
• Provide high level service ensuring client satisfaction after every interaction.
• Suggest and implement policies based on regulatory changes.
• Assess appropriateness of accounts and trades for clients.
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines.
• Support Investment Executives and ensure best-in-class service.
