Job summary

Osaic is seeking a Client Services Representative to support over 11,000 Financial Professionals nationwide. You will handle administrative and sales support for Osaic Institutions, coordinating with investment executives, clearing firms, and vendors to ensure smooth processing.

The role requires strong communication, multi-tasking, and a client-focused mindset; a bachelor's degree is preferred though experience may compensate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent with relevant experience considered.
• Strong verbal and written communication; client service orientation.
• Ability to learn and apply new information quickly; multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Respond to Investment executive and client needs, concerns, and questions.
• Adhere to established policies and procedures to ensure accurate execution and timely market deadlines.
• Assist in the account opening process.
• Check paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
• Act as liaison between investment executive and clearing firm, fund company, and carrier.
• Maintain electronic client files and documentation on web-based software.
• Provide the highest level of service and responsiveness to customers.
• Ensure client satisfaction remains a selling point for Osaic Institutions.
• Suggest and implement new policies based on regulatory changes.
