Responsibilities

• Validate client documents for compliance, completeness, and accuracy; handle requests via phone or service center; execute trades as needed
• Maintain electronic client files and documentation
• Provide high levels of service and responsiveness to customers to support growth
• Suggest and implement new policies and procedures based on changes
• Apply experience to determine appropriateness of accounts and trades
• Recommend policies regarding approving/declining suitability of accounts and trades
• Perform all other duties as assigned
