Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2–5 years of experience in finance or equivalent
• 2–5 years in a Finance role (Program Finance, Project Control, or FP&A)
• Foundational understanding of Government contracting concepts (CAS, FAR, GAAP)
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas) but advanced skills are a plus

Responsibilities

• Prepare timely and accurate financial reporting deliverables and variance analysis
• Support forecasts and annual budgets for large programs
• Analyze key program drivers, risks, and opportunities
• Prepare data for program operational reviews and month-end close processes
• Assist with subcontractor spending and voucher approvals
• Collaborate with Accounting, Contracts, and Procurement across back-office teams
