Job summary

Your Adv is seeking a Business Financial Administrator – Reconciliation Specialist to join the team and work closely with the Sales Team. You will ensure accurate claims, deductions, and reconciliation while supporting repayments, receivables, and invoicing.

The role also involves delivering timely promotional contracts and maintaining documents within ECM systems. We value strong Excel skills and clear written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in accounting, financial administration or bookkeeping.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with focus on Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be accurate and timely with completing work.

Responsibilities

• Administer the claims, deductions, and reconciliation process maintaining accurate records.
• Assist with repayments, receivables, and collections. Process invoices and billing.
• Provide Sales Team with accurate and timely promotional contracts.
• Maintain Claims, Deductions & promotional materials utilizing ECM Document Management System.
• Assist Sales Team in coordinating events and creating sales presentations.
