Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking a Business Financial Administrator - Reconciliation Specialist to collaborate with the Sales Team and ensure client brand marketing strategies are implemented. The role focuses on administrative support, account reconciliation, and accurate financial record-keeping.

The ideal candidate will handle accounts receivable, balance sheets, and promotional contracts while delivering excellent customer service and reliability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in accounting, financial administration or bookkeeping preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; accuracy and timeliness required.
• Experience in the consumer goods industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer the claims, deductions, and reconciliation processes maintaining accurate records.
• Assist with repayments, receivables, and collections; process invoices and billing.
• Provide Sales Team with accurate and timely promotional contracts.
• Maintain Claims, Deductions & promotional materials using ECM Document Management System.
• Support Sales Team by coordinating events and creating sales presentations.
