Job summary

Reserv is seeking a Senior Analyst in the Financial Operations team to lead reconciliations and critical financial tasks for our clients. You will work across teams to reconcile data and implement solutions that improve service delivery in tech-driven claims management.

The role emphasizes hands-on reconciliation, data-driven insights, and mentoring others as the team scales in a fast-paced environment. Remote-friendly with nationwide travel optional and strong emphasis on teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in finance or an analytical role, preferably with a TPA or insurance company.
• Hands-on reconciliation experience; trace discrepancies to root cause.
• Experience across multiple lines of business preferred (Commercial Auto/Transportation).
• Proficiency with data tools and large datasets for reconciliations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to convey insights.
• Leadership/mentorship experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with claims workflows or loss fund administration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the reconciliation of loss fund payments across client programs, aligning claims data with financial records and bank statements.
• Investigate and resolve financial discrepancies with internal teams, claimants, and customers.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase accuracy, efficiency, and automation in Financial Operations.
• Document and enhance procedures for large carrier accounts and high-severity funds.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to strengthen financial controls and reporting consistency.
• Mentor and support growth of team members; contribute to a collaborative Finance culture.
• Support a culture of continuous improvement within Finance.
• Other duties as assigned.
