Eliassen Group is seeking a Finance Transformation Program Lead for a remote consulting role. You will drive large-scale finance initiatives across Accounting, Tax, FP&A, and Data teams, delivering practical future-state roadmaps and governance structures.

With 10+ years in finance transformation, you will partner with senior leaders to ensure timely delivery, alignment with business objectives, and measurable improvements in efficiency and data quality.

Qualifications

10+ years leading Finance Transformation, Finance Operations, or Enterprise Transformation programs.
Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
Deep understanding of finance processes including Revenue Recognition, O2C, Tax Operations, and Financial Reporting.
Strong project and program management capabilities with successful execution.
Experience partnering with senior Finance leaders.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple finance transformation initiatives across Accounting, Tax, FP&A, Data, and Technology.
Drive Revenue Recognition, O2C, and Global Tax transformation projects.
Assess current-state processes, systems, controls, and operating models.
Define future-state solutions and transformation roadmaps.
Develop detailed plans, governance, milestones, and accountability frameworks.
Coordinate stakeholders and facilitate decision-making across business and tech teams.
Lead process optimization for efficiency, scalability, and compliance.
Improve data quality, reporting, and system effectiveness.
Monitor risks, dependencies, and change impacts; ensure timely delivery.
Establish KPIs to measure program success and drive improvement.
