Qualifications

10+ years leading Finance Transformation, Finance Operations, or Enterprise Transformation programs.
Experience with Revenue Recognition, O2C processes, tax operations, and financial reporting.
Ability to partner with senior Finance leaders and drive cross-functional changes.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple finance transformation initiatives across Accounting, Tax, FP&A, Data, and Tech teams.
Drive projects related to Revenue Recognition, O2C improvements, and global tax transformation.
Assess current-state finance processes, systems, controls, and operating models.
Define practical future-state solutions and transformation roadmaps aligned to business objectives.
Develop detailed project plans, governance structures, milestones, and accountability frameworks.
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and facilitate decision-making across business and technology teams.
Lead process optimization for efficiency, scalability, compliance, and operational excellence.
Partner with Finance and Technology to improve data quality, reporting, and system effectiveness.
Monitor risks, dependencies, and change impacts; ensure timely delivery.
Establish metrics and KPIs to measure program success and drive continuous improvement.
