Responsibilities

• Develop the Transformation Vision with CFO leadership and align with overall strategy.
• Engage stakeholders early to secure buy‑in and drive collaboration.
• Lead end‑to‑end enterprise‑wide finance transformation program across processes, data, and systems.
• Oversee cross‑functional teams, external consultants, and technology vendors.
• Set and track KPIs; report progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
