Job summary
Capgemini Invent seeks a senior leader to drive finance transformation programs, operating model redesigns, and ERP-enabled modernization. You will advise CFOs, shape transformation roadmaps, and lead large-scale initiatives delivering measurable value across people, process, technology, and data.
You will partner with executives to grow client relationships, build high-performing teams, and ensure governance and value realization across complex engagements, leveraging AI-enabled capabilities
Qualifications
- 15+ years leading finance, operating model, and enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Deep expertise in FP&A, R2R, P2P, O2C, shared services, and finance transformation.
- Proven ability to develop transformation strategies, business cases, and value realization plans.
- Experience ERP-enabled finance modernization programs including SAP S/4HANA.
Responsibilities
- Advise CFOs and finance leaders on transformation strategies and operating models.
- Design target operating models to improve governance, controls, and service delivery.
- Lead ERP-enabled modernization and digital finance initiatives with SAP, Oracle, and Workday.
- Identify and develop transformation opportunities to expand Capgemini's footprint.
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams and mentor consultants and managers.
