Job summary

Capgemini Invent seeks a senior leader to drive finance transformation, partnering with CFOs and finance leaders to reimagine operating models and ERP-enabled modernization. You will shape enterprise transformation visions, oversee multi-functional programs, and grow client relationships across large-scale engagements.

You will lead teams across strategy, technology, data, and change management, leveraging AI-enabled finance capabilities to deliver measurable value and sustainable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years leading finance and enterprise transformation programs.
• Deep expertise in FP&A, record-to-report, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, shared services.
• Proven success developing transformation strategies, business cases, target operating models and value realization plans.
• Experience leading ERP-enabled finance modernization programs, ideally including SAP S/4HANA and broader digital finance transformation.
• Strong consulting experience advising executive stakeholders, facilitating complex decisions, and building client relationships.
• Experience establishing and leading Transformation Offices and PMOs across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA, CPA, CFA or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to CFOs, Finance Executives, and business leaders on transformation strategies.
• Develop enterprise-wide transformation visions, roadmaps, and business cases addressing people, process, technology and data.
• Design and implement target operating models to improve governance and service delivery.
• Lead ERP-enabled finance modernization programs with SAP S/4HANA/ERP platforms.
• Identify transformation opportunities and support proposals, account planning and executive presentations.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across strategy, finance, technology, and change management.
